Accreditation and Warranties

All SW Security Solutions SA engineers are experienced and accredited to work on the systems we install and maintain. We run a well-developed programme of continued Professional Development.

All our installations carry a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.

We offer a comprehensive service level agreement to our clients which lists the equipment schedule and also the type and frequency of preventative maintenance works recommended by the manufacturers.

Also, we offer annual maintenance contracts for existing systems which we are requested to take over.
